Return Policy

Returning Items:
Your satisfaction is our number one goal. When you receive your order, please check to make sure the items are in good condition (e.g. any damaged, defective or incorrect item) and let us know right away if there is a problem with your shipment.

All products sold are wholly guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

You may return any item purchased from the website for any reason, credit or refund, as long as it meets the following conditions:
• The item is returned to us within 90 days of receipt.
• A copy of your original receipt is included.
• Unless defective, the item has not been opened, marked or used.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent the products and their potentials on this website. Each person is unique with unique needs. The results you may receive from the use of any of our products may vary and are not guaranteed in any form or fashion. Where specific examples are quoted from individuals there is no assurance you will do as well. If you aren’t sure about the value or benefit of a particular product, you should not purchase it.

To Return an Item:
• Make sure no more than 90 days have elapsed since receipt of the item(s).
• Include a copy of your original receipt. If you do not have a copy of your receipt you can reprint it by logging into your account on our shopping cart.
• Contact our Customer Service team to let them know you are returning an item. Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a Customer Care Specialist.
• Recall that we do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
• We recommend all returned items be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number. The US Postal Service is generally the most cost-effective.
• It is best to insure items being returned for an appropriate amount. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Return Shipping & Processing:
If you still have it, the box your order arrived in should be sufficient to make sure that your return arrives back at our distribution center undamaged. Please pack your return shipment securely to ensure that the items are not damaged in transit.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 1 week and send you an email confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your online account, or up to a month on a paper statement, depending on your financial institution.
